The plastic bank passed during the offering time is for coins (50 cents or so). This offering symbolizes our desire to combat world hunger. To contribute larger amounts, p lace an earmarked check in the offering or go to www.MCC.org and donate online.


This e vening , 7 8:30 pm ``King Corn'' will be shown in the library. The DVD deals with what has happened to the use of corn since the 1970's and its implications.

Church board meeting , Tuesday, July 1, 7:30 pm at the home of Vernice and Polly Begly. Faith sharing by Polly.

Mennonite Women will meet Thursday, July 3 for their regular meeting.

A
new adult Sunday school class begins next Sunday and goes through August. It is ``Prayer of Jesus, Study and Practice,'' taught by Cal .

Venture Club for the whole community will be held on the following We dnesday s: Ju ly 9 and 16 and August 6 and 2 0. Do you have a craft idea for an evening? Contact Joy Kauffman .

Pastor's plans: Cal & family are at a family reunion through July 1.

The July MCC project is bath towels. Dark colors are preferred. Place them on the table in front of the MW bulletin board.

MMA is has a new program of fering free budget and debt counseling. This is available for anyone who attends Willow Springs. A flyer with details w as placed in your mailbox.
